- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (excluding raw files or internal resources) is transferred to the client.
- YeSG Media retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information, business data, and project details private and not disclose them to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
8. Third-Party Tools and Integrations
Our services may use third-party tools, platforms, or APIs (e.g., hosting providers, analytics, or social media integrations).
YeSG Media is not responsible for the performance, policies, or downtime of these third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YeSG Media shall not be liable for:

- Client-provided materials, content, or data errors.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Results may vary based on factors beyond our control (such as market conditions, competition, or platform policies).

YeSG Media reserves the right to terminate service access immediately if the client violates these Terms or engages in unethical conduct.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Andhra Pradesh.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of this jurisdiction.
